# Factuur downloaden

> Download de facturen van je HeyStack-team via het facturatieportaal.

De eigenaar van het team kan facturen downloaden via **Abonnementen & Facturatie** in de webomgeving.

  Alleen de eigenaar van het team heeft toegang tot het facturatieportaal.

## Zo download je een factuur

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Abonnementen & Facturatie">
    Log in op [heystack.nl](https://heystack.nl). Klik rechtsboven op de naam van het juiste team en kies **Abonnementen & Facturatie**. Je kunt ook rechtstreeks naar [Abonnementen & Facturatie](https://heystack.nl/current-team/billing) gaan. Controleer dan of je het juiste team hebt geselecteerd.

  <Step title="Open het facturatieportaal">
    Klik op **Open facturatieportaal**. Het portaal opent bij betaalprovider Stripe.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Ga naar Geschiedenis">
    Klik in het facturatieportaal op **Geschiedenis** en zoek de factuur die je wilt downloaden.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Download de factuur">
    Klik op de drie puntjes naast de factuur van **HeyStack - Plus**. Kies **Factuur downloaden**.
